RETURN POLICY Returns and Damaged Goods We aim to please, but if for some reason you're not satisfied: • Authorized returns must be received within 60 days of invoice date. For an authorization number, please contact our customer service team by email at sales@nativenorthwest.com or by phone at (604) 266-9044. • Damaged goods must be reported within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. • All returns must be in sellable condition, with no price tags or labels attached. • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. • Discontinued or sale merchandise and custom orders are not returnable.
