Shipment and Delivery We pride ourselves on fast shipping times, but please allow us more time to process your order during the high-volume summer and winter holiday seasons. Shipment times and costs will vary depending on the location, courier services, and size of shipment. Some average delivery times are listed here: Order minimums: Our suggested order minimum is $300 on the first order and $200 for subsequent orders. Order via e-mail. Please send orders to sales@nativenorthwest.com. Once your order is received, an order confirmation will be sent. Shipments within BC Metro Vancouver: 1-2 days Vancouver Island: 2-3 days Elsewhere in BC: 3-10+ days Order with your sales rep. For customers using a sales representative to purchase from Native Northwest, we recommend contacting your sales representative to order. Shipments within Canada Major cities: 3-5 days Elsewhere in CA: 3-10+ days All Canadian orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC. Order online. Our new online ordering portal makes ordering easier and faster. Contact sales@nativenorthwest.com to obtain login information to order online. Shipments to the US Washington & Oregon: 2-3 days Alaska: 5+ days Elsewhere in US: 3-10+ days All US orders are shipped from Blaine, WA. Shipments International Contact sales@nativenorthwest.com for information and allow 10+ days for shipment. The customer is responsible for all import and duty fees. All international orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC. Returns and Damaged Goods Quality and consistency is always our goal, but if you are not satisfied, authorized returns must be received within 30 days of invoice date. For an authorization number, please email sales@nativenorthwest.com or call (604) 266-9044 ext 1. Damaged goods must be reported within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. All returns must be in sellable condition, with no price tags or labels attached. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Discontinued or sale merchandise and custom orders are not returnable.
