Shipment times and costs will vary depending on the location, courier, and size of shipment. Returns and Damaged goods We aim to please, but if for some reason you're not satisfied: • Authorized returns must be received within 60 days of invoice date. For an authorization number, please contact our customer service team by email at sales@nativenorthwest.com or by phone at (604) 266-9044. • Damaged goods must be reported within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. • All returns must be in sellable condition, with no price tags or labels attached. • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. • Discontinued or sale merchandise and custom orders are not returnable.
